3. Unfavourable Weather

Extreme heat or cold affects the curing process. High temperatures speed up evaporation and cause surface cracks, while cold weather can freeze the mix, leading to internal damage.

Skipping essential steps like soil removal, compaction, or laying a gravel sub-base can cause uneven settling and future structural issues.

Mixing for too short a time leads to uneven distribution of materials. Over-mixing can also degrade the cement structure, weakening the concrete.
